Home improvement loans are available at below-market interest rates that range from 1% to 6% a year. Our programs are designed for homeowners who fall within the HUD income guidelines listed on our home improvement loans section. If you do not qualify for NHS financing, we will work with you to obtain a loan with a participating lender.
