Prospective homebuyers can begin preparation for their first home purchase with the HomeOwnership Center. The HomeOwnership Center is a "one-stop shop" with all of the tools and resources that you will need to place you on the path to homeownership. You will have access to counseling professionals, education and training resources and assistance programs that can help to make your first home purchase a reality. The HomeOwnership Center also assists current homeowners who need rehab assistance or other post-purchase counseling, such as mortgage foreclosure prevention.
