To begin, download a copy of the NHS-Northshore Personal Profile form and use the checklist on the first page. Then, follow the steps below to start your exciting journey to homeownership:

Step 1 - Attend an Orientation
Step 2 - Meet with a Housing Counselor
Step 3 - Complete Educational Training
Step 4 - Obtain Financing for Home Purchase
Step 5 - Buy or Renovate
Step 6 - Complete Training
