How to Enroll in Homebuyer  Education:

Step 1 - Payment:

• Pay Intake Fee​ ($50/single applicant & $80/joint applicant)
• Payment must be made to forward application to a counselor. 
• Class fees are an additional fee to be paid once your counselor has enrolled you in a class during your Intake Session (price on Training Calendar)
• If paying with money order, it must be mailed (4605 Freret Street, New Orleans, LA 70115) and be made out to "Neighborhood Housing Services of New Orleans"​

Step 2 -Complete & Submit:

• Online Application - Upload all required documents to application.
• Proof of income (One Month)
• If you are Self Employed, send 2 years of tax returns.
• Copy of Photo Identification
• ​Intake Paperwork

Step 3 - Once payment, application and documents are received (allow up to 72 hours for processing), you will receive a Welcome Email with a calendar link attached. Click the link and the selected date and time is when the counselor will call you for your Intake Session.​
